Masak agar-agar, air dan gula hingga mendidih dan ketepikan dulu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul telur sebentar menggunakan whisker, kemudian masukkan susu dan tepong custard dan kacau hingga adunan ini rata, kemudian ditapis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah ditapis, satukan adunan telur dan agar-agar dan kacau lagi hingga rata, serta masak semula sehingga adunan mendidih. Kemudian, masukkan mentega dan vanilla dan kacau hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Bahagikan adunan ke dalam 3 buah mangkuk. Bubuhkan koko ( yang sudah dicampurkan sedikit air) ke dalam salah satu adunan di dalam mangkuk dan kacau hingga rata. Adunan yang dalam 2 mangkuk lagi masing-masing diwarnakan dengan kuning dan merah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Gunakan loyang berbentuk 4 persegi berukuran 9x9x3 atau loyang bentuk jantung ataupun bulat seperti yang dalam gambar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Merengkan loyang sedikit dengan menyangga salah satu hujungnya dengan buku atau lain2 benda yang keras. Tuangkan satu senduk makan adunan warna merah ke dalam loyang disusuli pula ngan sadu senduk makan adunan warna kuning dan satu senduk adunan warna coklat. Ulang cara begini sehingga adunan selesai digunakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Banyaknya santan dan air tu ikut cukupkan batter pada paras 2.5 cup (sukatan pada blender). Peringatan! Cawan ikut American standard punya cup. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lepas tu tapis, dan masukkan ke dalam loyang yg berisi pulut yg sudah di tekan. Tutup loyang dgn aluminum foil. Bila tengok stok kat dapur banyak yang tak de, so untuk tak menghampakan diorang Umi pun bergegas le buat bahulu gulung mini coklat strawberry. First time try but not bad. Anak2 dah pegang pinggan tunggu Umi nak potong kuih, sian anak Umi…Lapar yea. Kepada sesiapa yang nak cuba ini resepinya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahannya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2biji telur&lt;br /&gt;50gm gula halus&lt;br /&gt;10gm tepung jagung&lt;br /&gt;15gm serbuk coklat&lt;br /&gt;25gm tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;½ sudu teh ovellete&lt;br /&gt;25gm mentega (cairkan)&lt;br /&gt;½ sudu teh esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;Jem strawberry secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Campurkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung dan serbuk koko then ayakkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.pukul telur, gula dan ovellete hingga kembang.(pastikan betul2 kembang)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.Masukkan bahan2 yang diayak tadi gaul perlahan hingga tepung hilang dari&lt;br /&gt;  pandangan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.Akhir sekali masukkan mentega yang telah dicairkan.Gaul sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.Tuang dalam loyang ukuran 22cm yang telah dilapik kertas, adunan lebih &lt;br /&gt;kurang setinggi 2cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.Bakar dalm oven selama 10 minit suhu 180ºc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.Angkat dan balikkan ke atas kertas roti yang telah ditabur gula halus atau serbuk koko.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.Sapukan jem ¾ adunan lalu digulung kemas dan wrape dengan cling film.Boleh dipotong dan dihidangkan bila sudah sejuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selamat mencuba...Umi pun bila try berdebar je kalau tak jadi tapi insyaallah bila kita buat dengan betul dan yakin pasti menjadi. So hari ni buat kuih cakoi cicah ngan sambal tumis,best resepi mamafami ni thanks mama. kepada sesiapa yang ingin mencuba ini resepinya… &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400gm tepung gandum (umi guna tepung cake)&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;1 susu besar marjerin (cairkan)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu kecil garam&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu besar gula&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar susu pekat manis&lt;br /&gt;1 biji kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu teh yis kering&lt;br /&gt;½ sudu the baking soda&lt;br /&gt;Minyak secukupnya untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Campurkan air, marjerin, garam, gula, susu pekat manis, kuning telur, yis &lt;br /&gt;  dan baking soda di dalam mangkuk dan kacau sebati      &lt;br /&gt;2.Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga boleh diuli&lt;br /&gt;3.Uli doh hingga lembut dan tak melekat di tangan.Doh mestilah lembut&lt;br /&gt;4.Rehatkan doh selama1/2 jam dan tutup dengan plastik bersih&lt;br /&gt;5.Roll doh nipis lebih kurang 1/2cm berbentuk rectangle&lt;br /&gt;6.Potong doh lebih kurang 1 inci setiap strips&lt;br /&gt;7.bila dah potong tarik sikit dan cantumkan bahagian hujung dengan hujung.(tak tau le nak citer camner alah…kita tindihkan antara satu sama lain then cantum) &lt;br /&gt;8.lepas tu goring dengan api yang sederhana hingga kekuningan.&lt;br /&gt;9.bila sejuk bolehlah dihidangkan dengan sambal atau kaya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hubby memang suka makan cakoi ni. Hari ni Umi buat jamuan hari ulang tahun ke-2)putera Umi yang kedua Mohammad Amir Hakim. Umi jemput bos dan kawan-kawan Umi jer. Umi buat sate istimewa. Ni ha resepinya cubalah mesti best.  Resepi ini dari suami Umi. Cubalah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Ayam 2 ekor (besar)&lt;br /&gt;2. Lengkuas 2cm&lt;br /&gt;3. Halia  2cm&lt;br /&gt;4. Bawang merah 10 biji&lt;br /&gt;5. Bawang Putih 10 ulas&lt;br /&gt;6. Madu lebah (sesedap rasa)&lt;br /&gt;7. Kunyit hidup 2cm&lt;br /&gt;8. Serai 4 batang&lt;br /&gt;9. Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;10.Gula secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Mesin semua bahan di atas (kecuali madu, gula dan garam) hingga lumat&lt;br /&gt;2. Ayam dipotong dadu (kecil)&lt;br /&gt;3. Gaulkan semua bahan termasuk madu tadi bersama ayam&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambah sedikit garam dan gula untuk penyedap rasa&lt;br /&gt;5. Perapkan selama 5 - 6 jam. Biasanya umi perap semalaman letak kat peti sejuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan untuk disapu semasa panggang sate istimewa:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. 3 Ulas bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;2. Halia dalam 1 cm&lt;br /&gt;3. Kicap &lt;br /&gt;4. Minyak masak&lt;br /&gt;5. Bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;6. Air lebihan perap satay&lt;br /&gt;7. Gula, garam dan madu lebah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumbuk bawang merah/putih, halia hingga lumat&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan kedalam bekas&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang air lebihan perap satay&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan kicap, gula, garam dan madu lebah&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan minyak masak&lt;br /&gt;6. Gaul semua bahan tadi dan sapukan ke satay istimewa semasa panggang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bila keluar dari peti tu umi biarkan dalam 10 minit sebelum panggang. Kalau nak lagi sedap gunakan arang. Baru rasa sate ni original. Macam Samuri gitu.. ok selamat mencuba.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P/s. Umi sibuk melayan dua putera Umi di rumah lasak betul. Bila Umi pegang je laptop mulalah dua-dua tu nak menolong. Resepi kali ni Umi sempat tulis tupun jenuh juga nak mengelak serangan dari dua putera Umi.kali ni Umi nak  tampal satu resepi yang memang best dan mudah untuk dicuba.Resepi ni Umi ambil dari jo’s Deli Bakery. Ini resepinya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BAHAN-BAHANNYA:&lt;br /&gt;10 biji pisang (pisang ape2 je yang sedap digoreng)&lt;br /&gt;3 senduk tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;gula merah&lt;br /&gt;serbuk kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;chese cheddar (diparut)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur tepung gandum dan air secukupnya untuk menggoreng pisang.Goreng pisang sampai masak, golden brown ler kata omputih. Bila dah masak angkat dan susunkan dalam pingan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Campurkan gula merah dan serbuk kayu manis, gaul rata. Setelah itu taburkan atas pisang goreng tadi sama rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Akhir sekali Parutkan cheese cheddar ke atas pisang yg telah ditabur dgn campuran gula dan serbuk kayu manis tadi secukupnya. Lepas tu apa lagi makan la....marbelesss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Memang best rasa pisang goreng ni my husband makan sampai separuh pinggan...kepada sesiapa yg ingin merasa kelainan pisang goreng ni silakan. Pre-heat oven at 180ºc for 10 minutes&lt;br /&gt;2. Mix the above ingredients, except sesame seeds, and put htrough a strainer.&lt;br /&gt;3. Lagi satu bestnya kek ni tak payah nak pakai butter. jimat belanja. Kepada sesiapa yang berminat nak mecuba ini resepinya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 5 Biji telur&lt;br /&gt;220gm gula halus&lt;br /&gt;150gm tepung kek (Blukey)&lt;br /&gt;150gm tepung gandum biasa&lt;br /&gt;½ sudu besar ovallete&lt;br /&gt;180gm air 7up / sprite / soda ( sekadar untuk menghaluskan tekstur dan lembut)&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu besar susu pekat manis&lt;br /&gt;pewarna ikut citarasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Panaskan kukusan&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul telur dan gula sampai kembang (patikan betul-betul kembang) masukkan ovallete dan  pukul lagi hingga kembang&lt;br /&gt;3. Masuk susu pekat manis&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan tepung yag telah diayak dan diselang selikan dengan air 7up tadi&lt;br /&gt;5. Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 atau 4 bahagian dan warnakan ikut citarasa&lt;br /&gt;6. Kukus dulu adunan warna asal dalam 5 hingga 7 minit&lt;br /&gt;7. Selepas itu mulakan dengan warna pertama kukus lagi dan buat yang seteusnya hingga habis.&lt;br /&gt;8. Bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tekan bahagian 1 dalam loyang yang telah disapukan dengan butter/ minyak. Kemudian taburkan sedikit gula merah/ melaka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang bahagian 2 di atas gula tadi dan tekan sedikit supaya mampat. Bila potong nanti tak terlerai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Bakar dalam oven 180°C hingga masak. Bahagian tepi kekuningan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P/S- Kalau nak cantik gunakan loyang yang panjang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Umi dah banyak kali buat kuih ni. Bila Umi buat Apam ni mesti umi ingat dekat emak .Umi suka Apam Beras ni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahanya:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan tapai&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan gula&lt;br /&gt;3 cawan tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;2 cawan air suam&lt;br /&gt;½ camca besar mauripan&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;Eno ½ peket&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Blender semua bahan kecuali Eno&lt;br /&gt;2. Simpan dalam 2 jam&lt;br /&gt;3. Bila nak kukus, Masukkan eno (pastikan air dah mengelegak)&lt;br /&gt;4. Pukul butter, telur dan gula&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan milo dan serbuk koko, kacau hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan air, gaul hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan ke dalam kuali/ periuk – masak dengan api perlahan&lt;br /&gt;5. Setelah mendidih dan agak pekat, masukkan biskut marrie yang dipatah 4. Gaul rata&lt;br /&gt;6.
