BINGKA KASTARD

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
½ cup custard powder
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup margarine – melted
1 tin evaporated milk (410ml)
4 cups pandan juice
Green colouringEnough sesame seeds – fry without oil

Method :

1. Pre-heat oven at 180ºc for 10 minutes
2. Mix the above ingredients, except sesame seeds, and put htrough a strainer.
3. Grease baking pan with a bit of oil and pour the mixture into the baking pan.
4. bake for 1 hour or until cooked
5. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the sesame seeds o top
6. Leave to cool before cutting

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found
a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and
screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
